1. Who we are
Factuurkit is operated by:

2. The service
Factuurkit offers free online tools for invoices and payments, and an AI converter that reads invoice documents and fills in an e-invoice form. The free tools can be used without an account. The AI converter can be used a limited number of times per day for free; the Pro subscription gives a higher monthly limit.
3. Pro subscription, price and cancellation
Pro costs the price shown on the converter page per month, including VAT where applicable. Payment is handled by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
You can cancel at any time through the "Manage or cancel my subscription" link. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; you keep access until then.
Unused conversions do not carry over to the next month. We may change prices for future periods; we will announce changes at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before they apply.
4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from the subscription. By subscribing you ask us to start the service immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the price minus a proportional amount for the period already used. To withdraw, contact us at the e-mail address above.
5. Your responsibility for invoices
The AI can make mistakes. You must check every field before you download or send an e-invoice. You remain responsible for the content of your invoices and for complying with tax and invoicing rules.
Factuurkit does not send invoices through Peppol or any official platform and does not give tax or legal advice. Information in our guides is general and may change.
6. Fair use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to process documents you are not allowed to process, or in a way that overloads it (for example automated mass requests). We may suspend access in case of misuse.
7. Liability
We provide the service with care but cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy and applicable law
How we handle data is described on the privacy page. These terms are governed by Belgian law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
