Create an XML e-invoice
Fill in the form and download a Peppol BIS 3.0 or XRechnung UBL invoice. VAT and totals are calculated for you. Everything stays in your browser.
What do you get?
A UBL 2.1 XML file following Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 (used in Belgium and many other countries) or XRechnung 3.0 (Germany). It contains your details, the customer, the lines, the VAT breakdown and payment details.
The form checks the most important rules (required fields, VAT categories, totals). For important invoices, also check the file with an official validator, for example the free Peppol or KoSIT validators.
How do I send it?
Peppol invoices must be sent through a certified Peppol access point (most accounting software includes one; some offer free plans for small volumes). German public authorities also accept XRechnung uploads via their invoice portals. Sending the XML by e-mail does not count as a Peppol invoice in Belgium.
For information only. Always check important results with your accountant or the official source.
