How does it work?
1. Upload a PDF or photo of an invoice. 2. AI reads the seller, customer, lines, VAT and payment details. 3. You check everything in the invoice form, fix anything that is wrong, and download the XML.
The XML is created by the same form as our free e-invoice creator and follows Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 or XRechnung 3.0. Our test invoices pass the official EN 16931, Peppol and KoSIT validation rules.
Who is this for?
For freelancers and small businesses whose software only produces PDF invoices, but whose customers (or the law) now require e-invoices: Belgian B2B invoices via Peppol since 2026, XRechnung for German public authorities, and German B2B e-invoicing from 2027/2028.
Privacy
To read the invoice, the file is sent to our server and to the AI provider Anthropic, processed once and not stored by us. Everything else, including creating the XML, happens in your browser.
